Role Overview

We’re seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure. You’ll be a key player in automating deployments, enabling observability, and ensuring continuous integration and delivery in cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage Azure-based infrastructure using Terraform (IaC).
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes (AKS) clusters with advanced networking, Istio, and Pod Security configurations.
- Ensure robust monitoring, logging, and alerting through Datadog.
- Manage ArgoCD for GitOps-based deployment workflows.
- Secure infrastructure using Azure Key Vault, RBAC, Network Policies, and WAF.




- Collaborate with developers and architects to define infrastructure best practices.
- Maintain scripting tools using PowerShell, Bash, and YAML.
- Implement and manage network components: Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, DNS, API Gateways.
- Optimize storage and compute services: Blob Storage, Azure SQL, Azure Functions.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years in DevOps/SRE roles, with strong focus on Azure environments.
- Expert-level knowledge of:
- Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
- Datadog for observability and alerting
- ArgoCD and GitOps workflows
- Strong knowledge of:
- Scripting (PowerShell/Bash)
- RBAC, WAF, Blob Storage
- Experience with GitHub for source control and collaboration

Nice to Have
- Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD
- Familiarity with Azure API Management or advanced Application Gateway configurations
- Experience with serverless solutions on Azure
