The Opportunity
The Junior Solution Architect - Digital Transformation, AI & CX supports the conversion of client business, operational, and technology needs into structured, viable end-to-end solutions aligned with TP capabilities.
The role participates in discovery, pre-sales, proposals, and early project definition, working under the guidance of senior Solution Architects and coordinating information from Sales, Consulting, Transformation, Product, Data, AI, Software Engineering, Operations, Cybersecurity, and technology partners. The position combines analytical thinking, functional and technical understanding, documentation capability, and client orientation. The individual is expected to understand problems, structure requirements, produce solution artifacts, analyze alternatives, and contribute to estimates, demos, and handovers while progressively developing architectural judgment and autonomy.
