About the Role
The General Health Office (GHO) Health and Specialist & Site Advisor is a subject-matter expert. This expert serves as the primary Health & Safety contact for our Bogota site, reporting to our Regional H&S; Manager.
In this onsite role, you will support the local implementation of EA health and safety policies and governance requirements in Colombia. You will also manage site-specific health and safety services, training, SG-SST requirements, and risk assessments for our Colombia teams. You will partner with teams to ensure compliance, support safety programs, and foster a culture of health within our Bogota studio.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver training programs,



including annual evacuation exercises and role-specific evacuation team training, to ensure preparedness and compliance.
- Maintain Colombia health and safety communications, collaborating with teams to ensure content meets EA standards and is communicated to employees and partners.
- Collaborate across teams, including HR, Legal, Workplace/Facilities, IT, and Physical Security, to integrate governance and risk management into local site operations.
- Anticipate and adapt health and safety programs to changes in the internal and external environment, such as regulatory updates or health risks.
- Support SG-SST execution and documentation, including audit readiness, compliance records, workplace inspections, psychosocial risk management, emergency preparedness, ARL coordination, COPASST, and continuous improvement.
