Sycomp is seeking an experienced LATAM Accounting Lead to join our growing global finance organization and lead accounting operations across multiple Latin American entities. This is a high-impact opportunity to step into a regional finance leadership role where you will directly shape and elevate accounting operations across Latin America. As LATAM Accounting Lead, you will take ownership of end-to-end accounting activities across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance in a complex, fast-moving international environment.

Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, you will act as a key business partner to leadership, providing critical financial insight, improving processes, and supporting strategic decision-making across the region. The role sits at the center of Sycomp’s general operations, working closely with cross-functional teams including sales, legal, supply chain, and finance to ensure transactions are structured correctly and financial reporting reflects the true performance of the business.

This position goes beyond traditional accounting.



You will lead month-end close cycles, oversee financial reporting, support audits and tax compliance, and drive continuous improvement across systems, controls, and processes. There is strong visibility at both regional and corporate levels, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a role with ownership, influence, and progression potential.
