At TP, we are looking for a Digital Advertising Sales Manager. You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies that drive financial, operational, and quality performance for the assigned business unit. The Sales Manager oversees sales performance, team leadership, client relationship management, and adherence to organizational standards to ensure the successful delivery of business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of digital advertising sales in a metrics-driven environment.
What you will do:
- Lead and execute strategic plans and action frameworks developed by the ACM team, aligned with TOPS Best practices, to maintain a highly motivated operation focused on profitability, productivity, and efficiency.
- Develop annual operating budgets, provide fiscal oversight, and maintain an accurate financial outlook to support data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee daily operations of the sales/contact center,



ensuring compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and achievement of key KPIs, including CSAT, ESAT, and KSAT.
- Monitor, analyze, and present financial and operational performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to drive continuous optimization and results.
- Ensure alignment with all TP policies and procedures, actively participating in policy development, PSP initiatives, LSS projects, and client meetings to maintain end-to-end operational visibility.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales managers, supervisors, or leads, ensuring a high-performance culture driven by accountability, data, and consistent execution.
- Maintain a strong understanding of digital advertising solutions (SEM, PPC, Display, Native) to support sales strategies, team coaching, and client conversations.
