Job Description

A Finance Trainee - Purchasing Area supports the administrative and operational activities related to procurement and financial processes. The role provides hands-on learning opportunities in supplier management, purchase order administration, cost control, and compliance with company procurement policies under the guidance of the Finance and Purchasing teams.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of purchase requests and purchase orders.
- Support the collection, comparison, and tracking of supplier quotations.
- Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records.
- Verify and organize documentation related to purchases, contracts,



and invoices.
- Assist in monitoring procurement workflows and approval processes.
- Provide support in filing and document management activities.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the validation and reconciliation of financial information related to purchasing transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and procurement guidelines.
