Role:
The Demand Generation Manager is the operational hub of elev8.io's inbound demand generation engine. This role ensures that content, marketing automation, SEO, social distribution, PR, paid media coordination, and analytics all work together to drive predictable pipeline.
This role owns the connective tissue — making sure ideas move from strategy into coordinated, cross-functional execution on-schedule. Successinthisroleisdefinedbyconsistentcontentoutput,functioningautomationsystems,on-timecampaignlaunches,andmeasurablegrowthinorganictrafficandmarketing-qualifiedleads.

- OwnActiveCampaignastheinternalplatformexpert.
- Buildandoptimizeemailnurturecampaigns,newsletterworkflows,leadscoring,segmentation,andcustomerjourneys.




- Maintainlandingpageforms,automationsequences,andleadrouting.
- Monitorandreportonautomationcampaignperformance.

ContentOperations
- Managetheeditorialcalendarandcoordinatebriefswithcontentwriters.
- Reviewdraftsforquality,uploadandformatblogpostsonthewebsite,andoptimizeformatting,internallinking,CTAs,andSEOmetadata.
- Publishandupdatecontentonanongoingbasis.
- Repurposelong-formcontent(e.g.,podcastepisodes)intoblogarticles,LinkedInposts,newsletters,videoscripts,short-formreels,quotegraphics,andsalescollateral.

SocialMediaDistribution
- CoordinatecontentpublishingacrossLinkedIn,Facebook,Instagram,YouTube,andX.
- Maintainaconsistentpublishingcadencealignedwiththecontentcalendar.
