The Export Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of ocean export shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, shipment tracking, booking compliance, and timely billing. The role works closely with carriers, agents, and internal teams while maintaining accurate information in logistics systems.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate ocean export shipments from booking to completion.
- Set up and update shipments in CargoWise.
- Manage export documentation and booking instructions.
- Monitor cut-off dates and shipment milestones.
- Coordinate with carriers, agents, and internal teams.
- Support billing processes and ensure accurate financial information.
- Track shipments and follow up on pending information or operational issues.
- Maintain accurate and timely system updates.

Requirements
- 6 months–1 year of experience in Ocean Freight Export Operations or Freight Forwarding.
- Knowledge of export documentation and ocean export processes.
- Experience with logistics systems, preferably CargoWise.
