About This Role:
We are hiring a Marketing Manager for a growing home and lifestyle brand. You will manage lifecycle marketing, paid social support, and content initiatives that help the brand reach new audiences and increase customer engagement. This role requires someone creative, highly organized, persistent with follow-ups, and comfortable independently turning business goals into campaigns and measurable next steps.

Key Responsibilities:




- Develop lifecycle, post-purchase, cross-sell, upsell, and re-engagement campaigns for B2B and B2C customers.
- Plan new content and campaign ideas designed to reach new audiences and increase engagement.
- Manage or support Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite activities, including campaign coordination, creative testing, monitoring, and reporting.
- Review campaign results, customer behavior, conversion rates, clicks, revenue, and return on ad spend to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with designers, agencies, influencers, and internal stakeholders to keep campaigns moving.
- Follow up consistently on deliverables, approvals, creative assets, and unresolved campaign needs.
- Maintain marketing calendars, reports, trackers, and documentation across multiple campaigns and channels.
