About the Role

The Product Designer is responsible for designing end-to-end digital experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. They combine strategic thinking, visual craft, technical understanding, and data analysis to create usable, consistent, and scalable products in close collaboration with product, development, growth, and data teams.

Main Responsibilities:
- User understanding and product strategy:Translate insights and hypotheses into clear, actionable,



and prioritised design problems. Participate in co-creation sessions with stakeholders to align solutions with product OKRs or KPIs. Analyse research insights (UXR, data, or internal feedback) and turn them into informed design decisions. Contribute to product strategy with a user-centred perspective.-
- Data & Experiments: Interpret behaviour metrics (heatmaps, scroll maps, A/B tests). Make data-informed decisions based on experiment results. Iterate on the design according to success metrics, qualitative feedback, or experiment outcomes.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, development, growth, data, and marketing teams to identify UX/UI optimisation opportunities
- Documentation and hand-off: Deliver clear and complete documentation, including functionality, expected behaviour, and use cases. Communicate the design rationale and maintain order and traceability in design file
