Role Purpose

Own and drive the brand strategy and execution within SOCOPAC, delivering sustainable growth and strong business performance in alignment with global direction and local market needs.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Ownership & Strategy
- Translate the integral brand strategy and lead execution for the zone, ensuring alignment with global guidelines while tailoring to local market dynamics.
- Translate global brand direction into actionable, insight-driven local plans.
- Ensure strong brand positioning, lifecycle management, and long-term equity build.

Execution Excellence
- Lead end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns across channels.
- Ensure consistent and impactful activation across markets within the zone.
- Drive excellence in content deployment, media planning, and omnichannel engagement.

Customer & Market Engagement
- Drive HCP, shopper, and consumer engagement strategies based on local insights.
- Leverage data and analytics to optimize targeting and engagement effectiveness.
- Foster collaboration across brands and functions to maximize reach and impact.





Commercial & Financial Performance
- Own sales performance and demand planning at zone level.
- Define channel strategies (including e-commerce) to maximize growth.
- Set pricing strategies aligned with global frameworks and local realities.
- Manage brand P&L;, including budgeting and A&P; allocation.

Innovation & Growth
- Identify and drive innovation opportunities to accelerate brand growth.
- Contribute actively to pipeline development and local adaptation of innovations.
- Continuously identify new growth levers across markets.

Performance Management
- Monitor brand performance through key KPIs and business metrics.
- Take corrective actions to ensure delivery of targets.
- Embed a performance-driven culture focused on results and accountability.
