We are currently looking for a Integral Forwarding Operations Agent to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia.
What We’re Looking For
6 months to 1 year of experience or education in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field
Strong English communication skills — advanced English is required
Knowledge of international freight documentation is a strong asset
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with CargoWise or E-Manifest is highly valued
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Do
Manage Express Rail Service (ERS) requests, carrier communications, QC checks, billing, and costing
Support Canadian freight operations by preparing and reviewing manifests, invoices, pre-alerts, and other documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment information in CargoWise




Update auto-costing databases with carrier rates and transportation zones
Track ocean import shipments and coordinate warehouse notifications
Assist with cost tracking, remittances, and billing activities
Monitor KPIs and provide support with shipment diversions and operational requirements
