As the Test Automation Tool SME you will serve as the process support to multiple end users of the TAP toolset consisting of OpenText Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Tricentis Tosca as well as other integrated tools (e.g., Jira, Selenium, Playwright).:

- Top level technical expert supporting multiple end user groups (i.e., IT Delivery teams, SQA).:
- Work with user groups to identify and solve business problems with all available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals.:
