What you will do
The TechOps Packaging Engineer leads the development, qualification, and optimization of tertiary packaging solutions for new product launches, packaging innovation, and cost improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing packaging projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring packaging performance, manufacturability, quality, sustainability, and compliance requirements are met. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, R&D;, and Integral Packaging.
Key Responsibilities
Lead tertiary packaging development for NPD, NPI, and cost-saving projects.
Define and execute packaging development and qualification plans.
Conduct line trials, process validation, and end-to-end packaging line qualification.
Develop packaging specifications, technical documentation, and master data records.
