What this role is all about:
As a Finance Shared Service Specialist, you will support Record-to-Report (RTR) operations across multiple financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. Your scope will include reconciliations, accruals,



fixed assets, journal entries, and month-end closing activities within a multinational Shared Services environment. You will collaborate closely with local and global finance teams while contributing to process improvements and operational excellence.

What you’ll do:
- Post journal entries provided by Local Finance teams
- Execute month-end closing activities, including accruals, revenue recognition, fixed assets, and intercompany processes
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and follow up on open items to ensure reporting accuracy
- Analyze financial information, prepare reports, and verify transaction accuracy
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, internal policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes, strengthen controls, and implement best practices
- Act as a key point of contact for Local Finance, AR, AP, and Consolidation teams
