Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis (40%)

Be the “eyes and ears” of Auxis organization by becoming the liaison between the corporate functions and operations teams.
- Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
- Design and develop data reporting systems for business operations.
- Analyze and consolidate financial results actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance standard pricing and business models (sensitivity and scenarios analysis)
- Business Intelligence and Analytics (40%)

Tech Savvy Data analytics
- High: MS Excel skills (Power Query and Power Pivot)
- Medium: Statistics and Analytics

Dashboards and Data Visualization (Power BI) - DAX and M

Data Modelling - RDBMS
- Low: Python (NumPy, Pandas and Matplotlib/Seaborn)

Chat-GPT (Grasp on how to implement AI on day-to-day to automate, improve productivity, and make better data-driven decisions).




- Soft Skills (20%)
- Curiosity/Communication: Approaching problems in novel ways; seeing patterns and understanding how to synthesize complex information.
- Tolerance of Ambiguity: Being comfortable with uncertainty and support decision with incomplete information.
- Adaptability: Being able to adjust to constraints and rebound from adversity.

Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in finance, accounting, or business intelligence.
- Bachelor's degree required in Finance & Accounting, Engineering, Statistics or Mathematics (master’s degree is a plus).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish is required (written and spoken high B2 or C1+)
- Professional Services experience a plus
