Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Industrial, Energy, and Infrastructure sectors. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, strengthening client relationships, and positioning Egis for long-term market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic accounts, supporting revenue growth across the Energy, Industrial, Infrastructure, and Transportation sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders,



positioning Egis as a trusted partner for complex projects.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming project opportunities to identify growth areas and strengthen Egis' market presence.
Lead and support business pursuits, including opportunity qualification, proposal development, client presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions.
Collaborate closely with technical, operational, and proposal teams to develop competitive solutions and successful go-to-market strategies.
Represent Egis at client meetings, industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Manage and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate CRM updates, forecasting, and reporting.
