What will you do?
Act as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders.
Drive talent, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning initiatives.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll, and other HR functions.
Lead employee and labor relations, ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
Analyze HR metrics and insights to support business decisions.
Support change management and leadership development initiatives.
What we're looking for
10+ years of HR experience, including 4+ years as an HR Business Partner.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Advanced English proficiency.
Strategic mindset, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
