Role Summary

We're looking for a mid-level Full Stack Developer (3–5 years of experience) to join our delivery team.
You'll design, build, review, and ship on the Nub8 standard stack. You own your work end to end — including deploying it and figuring out why it broke.
Much of our work is delivery at scale: solutions that get implemented many times over, and have to come out right every single time. It's work that rewards precision and rhythm over improvisation.

Must-Have Skills

Frontend: Vue.js / Nuxt — component architecture, composables, reactive state management, SSR/SSG patterns
Backend: TypeScript, Node.js — RESTful and event-driven API design, async patterns, error handling,



modular architecture
AWS: You've deployed and debugged in production on your own. Our stack leans on Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, SQS, and CloudFront — you don't need all of them, but you need to be self-sufficient with the ones you know.
Code Quality: Able to write clean, documented, testable, production-ready code and participate meaningfully in code reviews
Collaboration: Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment with distributed teams and international clients
English: C1 level — You lead client calls, discuss trade-offs and push back on technical decisions in English, and write documentation a native speaker wouldn't have to rewrite.
