Logistics Analyst:
We are looking for a Logistics Analyst to manage order taking and transportation scheduling, through continuous and direct interaction with customers and suppliers, complying with the organization's established procedures and policies,



with the goal of achieving service level targets and ensuring the most optimal use of transportation.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and record sales orders and requirements from customers, suppliers, and employees in the defined system, in order to effectively deliver customer orders (bagged and bulk cement)
Provide appropriate solutions to the different issues that arise in the operation, in order to manage customer requests in the shortest possible time and positively impact service levels
Verify available transportation options across all scenarios (dispatch, return, diversion, among others), in order to ensure the lowest possible impact on operating costs and service
Follow up on cargo deliveries in a timely manner, managing solutions that generate value for the customer, interacting with different groups to achieve satisfactory responses for those involved
Update cargo outbound documents in the establis
