Innovate AI SAS is looking for an experienced Carrier Sales Representative to join our team in Bucaramanga, Santander.
This is an on-site, full-time position for a results-driven professional with experience in Carrier Sales, Freight Brokerage, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Advanced/Fluent English — mandatory
Experience working with carriers and negotiating rates
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Commercial and results-driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work on-site in Bucaramanga
Compensation & Benefits
$4,000,000 COP base salary
Uncapped commissions starting from the 3rd month

Morning shift
