a leading Fintech company in Canada, is hiring a Software Developer in Test (SDET) for its quality engineering team.
The role focuses on driving scalable, modern approaches to testing, automation, and developer enablement within Caseware’s SaaS Platform teams.
The position is fully remote, based in Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with product teams to embed quality into every phase of development through tooling, automation, infrastructure, reporting, and best practices.
Contribute to a modern quality strategy tailored to a rapidly scaling SaaS platform, focusing on improvements within the test pyramid.
Enhance CI/CD and developer workflows by improving test data setup processes, test isolation, and execution reliability.
Work with the test team to ensure timely completion of functionality and enhancements, leveraging AI Test Harnesses.
