Finance in Motion is seeking an experienced investment professional to join its Latin America Investment Management team. The role focuses on originating, structuring, executing, and monitoring corporate debt investments across the region, with a particular focus on agribusiness, sustainable agriculture, aquaculture, renewable energy, and energy transition sectors. The role combines business development, transaction execution, portfolio management, and active engagement with clients and stakeholders across Latin America.

The successful candidate will bring strong corporate finance, credit analysis, structuring, and negotiation capabilities, together with sound commercial judgment and a demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions from origination through execution and portfolio supervision. Experience in restructurings, workouts, reschedulings, and special situations is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities

* Originate and develop new investment opportunities across Latin America, leveraging existing networks and building relationships with corporates, sponsors,



financial institutions, advisors, and other market participants.
* Structure, negotiate, and execute corporate debt transactions, including senior debt, subordinated debt, structured credit, sustainability-linked financing, and other bespoke financing solutions tailored to client needs.
* Lead financial analysis, due diligence, credit assessment, cash flow modeling, and transaction structuring, working closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout the investment process.
* Prepare investment memoranda, transaction proposals, and presentations for internal decision-making committees, articulating key risks, mitigants, and investment rationale.
* Take an active role in negotiating commercial terms, financing structures, covenant packages, collateral arrangements, and legal documentation with clients and counterparties.
