We are hiring a Sales Development Representative. Remote, Latin America, starting ASAP.

Ask ChatGPT for the best boutique hotel in Cartagena, or Aruba, or Belize. You get three names. Every other property in that market is invisible in that conversation, and most owners have no idea it is happening to them.

AI Booking Booster fixes that. We build the AI knowledge layer that makes a hotel readable and recommendable inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Claude, and any AI Engine. 220+ properties across 20+ countries already run it with us.

Your job is to open the conversation and follow up until it turns into a booked meeting. You will work with independent hotels and small groups across the Caribbean, Mexico, Central and South America, the US, and Canada.

Before you dial, you already know where that specific hotel ranks in AI answers and which competitor is being recommended instead. You are not cold calling blind. You are showing an owner something true about their business that they did not know this morning.
You book qualified demos.



An AE runs them and closes. You get paid on both.

Requirements:
3+ years in outbound SDR or BDR work, B2B
Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, C2 level in both. This is not negotiable; you will sell in both languages every day
You have made cold calls recently, and you are good at getting past a gatekeeper
Disciplined with a CRM. We run Pipedrive
Based in Central America, Latin America, or South America

Nice to have:
Experience in hospitality, SaaS, marketing, or GEO / AEO

Compensation:
USD 1,000 monthly base
USD 20 per qualified demo held
USD 70 when that demo converts into a client
Uncapped, and it compounds: the better your demos convert, the more the second number does the work
Once ramped, our target is 25 qualified demos held per month
Full-time, 40 hours a week, fully remote
