What will you do?
Build, analyze, and manipulate large volumes of data from multiple sources to develop and maintain a robust data architecture that enables the creation of reports and analytical insights for all levels of the organization, from operational teams to senior management and board members, on both a recurring and ad hoc basis.
Design, develop, and monitor data quality metrics and indicators, ensuring high standards of accuracy, consistency, reliability, integrity, and information availability. Provide robust analyses and reports to support decision-making within the GBS leadership team.
Identify, propose, and implement improvements to processes, information flows, and reporting models, leveraging data analysis to enhance operational efficiency, business effectiveness, and performance visibility.
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of existing data architecture,



analytical models, and reporting processes, including technical recommendations for MIS optimization and modernization, with a focus on efficiency, standardization, and data governance.
Design, develop, and optimize automated processes across operations, reducing manual activities, minimizing errors, and ensuring the scalability and sustainability of analytical solutions.
Actively participate in cross-functional meetings, serving as an analytical business partner and key point of contact for internal clients and international teams, supporting requirements gathering, incident resolution, and the accurate interpretation of metrics and results.
Stay up to date with best practices, methodologies, tools, and emerging trends in analytics, business intelligence, and data management, applying a continuous learning mindset that is reflected in the quality of deliverables provided to GBS.
