WORX1 is looking for an experienced PM to lead end-to-end delivery of multiple global initiatives in a fully distributed environment.

About the role
We're seeking a Project Manager who owns the complete project lifecycle—from intake through delivery and closeout—managing multiple concurrent initiatives with teams spanning EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. You'll work fully remote with adaptable availability across time zones, maintaining async communication so progress never depends on a shared working hour. This is a leadership role that demands strategic thinking, executive communication, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence across distributed teams.

What you'll be doing →
Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects (intake, kickoff, execution, closeout)
Maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation as a living source of truth
Update and track project health in Smartsheet or equivalent; flag slips and escalate proactively
Manage risk, issues,



and blockers with structured mitigation plans and clear recommendations
Own scope and change control—assess impact on timeline, budget, and resourcing before commitments
Serve as primary client contact; deliver timely status updates and resolve questions with transparency
Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional teams across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas; confirm priorities, handoffs, and definitions of done
Facilitate governance meetings with structured agendas, decision logs, and action tracking
Produce executive-ready dashboards, status reports, and readouts
Maintain comprehensive documentation (meeting notes, RAID logs, decision records, action items)
Support leadership with briefing materials, presentations, and priority alignment
Manage asynchronous communication so progress never waits on overlapping working hours
