Join our fast growing company as an English speaking Product Support Agent for our Client

It is a remote full-time position.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST
Saturday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST.
The role follows a rotational schedule with 9-hour shifts, including a 1-hour lunch
break. Each team member works 5 days a week with 2 days off.
The candidate should be adaptable and available to work any assigned shift within the
coverage hours.

Your responsibilities:
- Provide tech support via call and chat
- Answer phone calls and chats




- Help to troubleshoot the customer with technical issues and connectivity issues
- Answer questions about order status
- Answer questions about the iFLO device, chemical and how it works
- Process replacements and returns (all done through Netsuite)

You are our perfect candidate if you have:

C1 level of English language
C1 level of Spanish language
Smart and critical thinker
Are client-oriented and attentive to details, have active listening skills, problem solver, hard-
working, team-player.
• Have good computer skills;
• Experience in CRM systems
G-suite knowledge
• Experience in Technical Support and Customer Support
Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as with independent businessman;
You can work from home, don’t be distracted;
Have your own PC and good Internet connection.
