Go Local Promotions Inc., a U.S.-based experiential marketing and staffing agency, is looking for a full-time Regional Marketing & Operations Manager based in Colombia to support and oversee our U.S. Travel Retail and Local Market operations.

This is not a traditional staffing coordinator position. We’re looking for a business-oriented, proactive, and highly organized professional who can take ownership of campaigns from planning through execution, manage client relationships, oversee field teams, and support business development.

What You’ll Do

* Oversee multiple experiential marketing and promotional campaigns across the U.S.
* Manage client communication and build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and field teams.
* Coordinate staffing, recruiting, onboarding, training, and field team performance.
* Create and manage job postings to recruit qualified Brand Ambassadors.
* Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, staffing needs, and operational requirements.
* Work with our Business Development team on proposals, presentations, pitches, and new opportunities.




* Collaborate with Accounting on staffing quotes and project budgets.
* Review campaign reports and prepare executive summaries and presentations.
* Identify operational challenges and proactively develop solutions.
* Ensure campaigns are executed according to client expectations, company protocols, and established budgets.

What We’re Looking For

* 3+ years of experience in experiential marketing, BTL, staffing, events, marketing operations, or a related field.
* Previous experience managing Brand Ambassadors, promotional staff, or experiential campaigns.
* Bachelor’s degree required.
* Advanced to native-level English— written and spoken.
* Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
* Business-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
