Amrize is seeking an AI Innovation Sr Specialist. This role will focus on identifying high-value AI opportunities across business functions, translating business needs into viable AI use cases, and building the business and functional foundations required to move initiatives from idea to Proof of Concept (PoC) and implementation.
What you will do:
Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for AI-enabled improvement.
Engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges, objectives, and process needs.
Identify, structure, and prioritize AI use cases based on value, feasibility, complexity, risk, and scalability.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation scopes.
Evaluate AI technologies including Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, NLP,
Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Intelligent Automation.
Build ROI models and business cases to assess the expected value and economic impact of AI initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Consulting, Digital Transformation, Technology Consulting, AI Consulting, or similar roles.
Experience identifying, assessing, prioritizing, or implementing AI use cases, preferably in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities, enterprise applications, business processes, and integration environments.
English proficiency at B2 level; exposure to SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, or SAP BTP is a strong advantage.
