Job Description
We're looking for a Manager, Technical Project Management to lead the successful delivery of enterprise applications supporting critical Fleet Operations. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted delivery leader, partnering with client stakeholders, engineering teams, and business leaders to drive end-to-end execution across complex technology initiatives. You'll bring structure to delivery, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and ensure teams remain aligned to business outcomes, technical standards, and organizational priorities.
Your Impact
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications, from planning and execution through release and stabilization.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, release management, and delivery execution across cross-functional teams.
Coordinate developers, DevOps engineers, QA, Product Managers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.
Own project planning, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Establish delivery governance and monitor KPIs,
operational metrics, system reliability, and business value realization.
Partner with technical and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with security, architecture, governance, and enterprise standards.
Provide roadmap planning, delivery insights, and strategic guidance to support organizational objectives.
Lead regular status reviews and governance meetings, communicating milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and business outcomes to senior and executive stakeholders.
Identify delivery challenges early, drive resolution, and create transparency across teams and leadership.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery.
Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or enterprise technology delivery.
