About the role
Boyer Law Firm is a Florida-based international law firm. We hire across multiple countries, and we need one person to own how we find, hire, and develop our people.
This is a full-cycle role with a heavy emphasis on talent acquisition. You'll source candidates worldwide — attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and support staff — screen them, run the interviews, and then stay with them: onboarding, role-specific training, and, when the time comes, a clean and professional offboarding.
You'll work directly with firm leadership, with real autonomy over how the hiring function runs. If you've been the person who built a recruiting pipeline from nothing rather than inheriting one, this will feel familiar.




What you'll doTalent acquisition (the core of the role)
• Source candidates internationally across multiple markets, jurisdictions, and languages
• Build and maintain a pipeline for recurring roles — legal and non-legal
• Write and post job listings; manage our presence on LinkedIn and other channels
• Screen applications and conduct first-round interviews
• Coordinate and run interview processes with attorneys and firm leadership
• Manage candidate communication end to end — every applicant gets an answer
• Extend offers, negotiate terms, and run background and reference checks
Onboarding, training & lifecycle
• Own onboarding for every new hire: paperwork, systems access, introductions, first-90-days structure
• Design and deliver role-specific training depending on the position hired for — an incoming paralegal, a legal assistant, and an attorney each need a different ramp
• Maintain and improve on
