About You

The Admissions Advisor (GSR Assessment) is responsible for efficient delivery of student admissions processes by overseeing a broad range of administrative duties related to the admission of international students into Ikon and ALG. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Australian student visa application process and proven experience in genuine student requirements assessment.

This role will actively collaborate with the International Student Recruitment team (Sales) and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our future students and education agent partners.

Key Responsibilities

Assess student applications for VET and HE courses, including ensuring completeness, that requisite evidentiary documentation has been provided and is valid/genuine, and assessment of GSR to determine satisfaction of entry requirements specific to the application.
Review GSR in line with the Department’s guidelines and provide an outcome in a timely manner. Review relevant supporting documentation and its validity.
Deliver admissions processing in accordance with relevant internal policies (Ikon and ALG), business rules, and entry criteria in a fair, consistent, and timely manner
Issue conditional and unconditional Letters of Offer from the student management system and eCoEs from PRISMS, ensuring agreed turnaround timelines are met.
Arrange interviews for course applicants, either in person or via Zoom, as required to assess their eligibilit
