About the role:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to support website development projects, improve delivery processes, and ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
This role is adecuado for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset toward improving execution.




The Delivery Coordinator will report directly to the Head of Delivery and will primarily support delivery leadership by maintaining visibility, follow-through, communication, and process consistency. This role is not responsible for independently managing the entire delivery function. Instead, it helps ensure that projects, tasks, and commitments remain organized and moving forward.

What you’ll be doing:
Track project timelines, milestones, task completion, and delivery commitments to keep projects on schedule
Maintain and update project boards using Asana and Kanban methodologies
Coordinate daily task assignments, follow-ups, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners
Keep project statuses, owners, priorities, and next steps accurate and up to date
Identify blockers, missing information, technical dependencies, and potential delivery risks early
Coordinate communication between clients, leadership, developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders
