Key Responsibilities





We are looking for a commercially sharp and regionally rooted Sales & Partner Manager to drive customer acquisition and partner growth across the LATAM market. This is a hybrid hunter-and-relationship role — you will own new business development while also activating and scaling local partner relationships to extend WebEngage's reach across the region.

The idóneo candidate is deeply embedded in the LATAM B2B SaaS ecosystem, has a proven track record of closing mid-market to enterprise deals, and understands how to navigate the nuances of selling across diverse LATAM markets.

- Own and drive the full sales cycle for new customer acquisition across LATAM — from prospecting and discovery to demo, negotiation, and closure.
