Job Responsibilities

This position reports to the Parts Manager and is responsible to:
- Source and sell parts andaccessories to existing and prospective customers through exceptional service.
- Generatequotes and complete orders as per customer requests.
- Assistcustomers post sale with any warranty and/or service needs.
- Answerand make sales calls as needed.
- Loadand unload parts deliveries.
- Checkload related documents to ensure shipments are complete and accurate.
- Maintainretail sales floor to meet dealership standards and ensure customersatisfaction.
- Takea pro-active approach to inventory control by assisting and/or reportingdiscrepancies.

Skills and Qualifications




- 2-3 years previous experience in a parts position
- A high degree of product knowledge
- Theright mind set, customer service skills, and detail orientation are key to thisrole.
- Must be a team player with the ability to buildstrong relationships with customers and fellow co-workers.
- Knowledge of Agriculture and Equipment would be anasset.
- Must possess good written and strong verbalcommunication skills.
- Proficient in using computers and word processing/spreadsheetsoftware.
- Able to work versátil and extended hours whenneeded.

Wage Range
- $50,000-$58,000 per year
- Placement within the wage range is based on skills, experience and qualifications
- Applicants with more or less experience and qualifications may be placed outside the salary range
