At Oktana, we're looking for an experienced Workday professional to join an international project supporting the stability, configuration, and day-to-day operation of foundational Workday capabilities.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working across Workday Core HCM, configuration, business processes, production support, troubleshooting, and integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What are we looking for?
Must-have skills:
5+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
Strong functional knowledge of Workday Core HCM.
Hands-on experience with Workday configuration.
Experience with Workday Business Processes and worker lifecycle processes.
Production support and troubleshooting experience.
Ability to troubleshoot common Workday integration issues.
Ability to work independently and follow established configuration and integration patterns.




Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
