En este rol,



serás una pieza fundamental para estructurar y proteger la información estratégica de nuestros clientes en el proyecto, asegurando la correcta organización de sus archivos y la máxima eficiencia operativa. Tu gestión diaria permitirá transformar el control documental en un valor de confianza y precisión fundamental para los objetivos del negocio.
- Liderar el proceso de gestión documental y el control de inventarios de archivos.
- Aplicar las Tablas de Retención Documental (TRD) y Tablas de Valoración Documental (TVD) vigentes.
- Atender auditorías y realizar la entrega oportuna de informes de gestión del proyecto.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento del acuerdo de nivel de servicio (ANS) establecido con el cliente.
- Ejecutar el alistamiento, verificación, movimiento físico de cajas/documentos y su registro en repositorios virtuales.
