A Day in the Life
The Supervisor – Contracting & Payments is responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end contracting, payment execution, and financial compliance processes supporting Customer Events Experience (CEE) across LatAm. This role operates within the back‑office operations layer of the integrated events operating model, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of vendor and HCP contracts, payments, reimbursements, and reconciliation activities.

The position combines operational leadership, financial governance, and compliance oversight, ensuring alignment with Medtronic policies, regional regulations,



and transparency requirements. The Supervisor leads a team of specialists, drives process standardization, manages risk, and ensures service delivery excellence in a high‑volume, multi‑country environment. This role will be working in a flex model in Bogotá.

Lead and manage end‑to‑end contracting and payment operations for Customer Events Experience Area
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and transparency regulations
Oversee vendor and HCP contracting, payments, and reconciliation processes
Drive financial accuracy, timeliness, and operational efficiency
Act as a key partner to Event Operations, Meeting Planning, Compliance, and Finance teams
Manage, develop, and coach a team of contracting and payments specialists
