The O2C Junior Specialist - Billing plays a key role within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for TMF Group’s global clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills to support both internal and external stakeholders.

The specialist is responsible for day-to-day billing activities, maintaining invoice accuracy, and occasionally supporting reporting and improvement initiatives.





Key Responsibilities

Billing Execution & Accuracy:
- Issue invoices to TMF Group’s global clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure all billing details are aligned with contractual terms and financial agreements

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with internal teams and external clients to resolve billing discrepancies
- Build and maintain strong working relationships through effective communication
- Support alignment between finance, operations, and client stakeholders

Contract & Financial Review:
- Review and evaluate financial components within contracts

Reporting & Process Support:
- Participate in reporting activities related to billing and O2C metrics
- Support ongoing improvements in invoicing processes and controls

Key Requirements

Technical & Professional Skills:
- Basic understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) / Accounts Receivable processes
- Strong analytic
