At General Strategic Network Sas, we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven General Accountant with a comprehensive understanding of accounting and financial processes.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience

Accounting Software: Proficiency in Siigo, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel

Languages: English - B2 level

Key Responsibilities

1- Prepare and review national and municipal tax filings, including VAT, withholding tax, ICA, and ReteICA.

2 - Reconcile and analyze accounting accounts, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information.

3 - Prepare and submit municipal and district tax reporting requirements (exogenous information reports).

4 - Coordinate payroll processes, including payroll calculation, social security reporting, and employee-related updates.

5 - Prepare, present, and sign financial statements, as well as draft notes to the financial statements for management review.

6 - Record payroll transactions,



provisions, bank reconciliations, and account analyses, ensuring the integrity of financial records.

7 - Process payroll, social security contributions, and employee benefits.

8 - Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, identifying inconsistencies and improving collection and payment processes.

9 - Prepare accounting adjustments and reconcile balances in accordance with accounting policies and current regulations.

10 - Oversee inventory accounting processes, including inventory reconciliations, stock adjustments, variance analysis, and coordination with operational teams to ensure accurate inventory records and financial reporting.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
