About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly analytical, commercially minded Sales Automation Specialist to support luxury real estate sales teams in South Florida by improving lead management, CRM follow-up, client communication, and sales workflows through AI, automation, and structured operational thinking.

This role combines sales operations, CRM management, workflow automation, and client-facing support. You’ll work closely with real estate agents and leadership to understand commercial needs, organize client information, identify workflow gaps,



and help design practical solutions that make the sales process more efficient, accurate, and scalable.

This is not a purely technical automation role. You’ll be working inside a real commercial operation, where technology is used to support client relationships, follow-up strategies, reporting, decision-making, and ultimately, sales outcomes. The goal is not just to automate tasks, but to improve how the team manages leads, communicates with clients, and moves qualified opportunities through the pipeline.
