Hycroft is looking for an Intermediate Project Engineer to bridge engineering and project management — driving technical delivery while keeping schedule and budget on track.

About the Role

As an Intermediate Project Engineer, you will manage the engineering portion of small-to-medium projects, coordinate discipline leads, and act as the technical interface to clients. You will balance engineering oversight with project controls support.

What You'll Do
- Manage the engineering portion of small-to-medium multi-discipline projects
- Coordinate discipline leads to ensure deliverables meet scope and quality
- Track engineering man-hours, progress, and changes; support change order processes
- Act as technical liaison with clients, contractors, and vendors
- Review engineering deliverables for completeness and consistency
- Support FEED, detailed engineering, and construction support phases

What You Bring




- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- 5-8 years of engineering experience, including project engineering
- P.Eng. registration
- Experience coordinating multi-discipline engineering teams
- Strong understanding of engineering project workflows
- Working knowledge of MS-Office and MS-Project

Nice to Have
- FEED and detailed engineering phase experience
- Background in EIC, construction support or commissioning
- Familiarity with BigTime or similar time-tracking tools
