Job Description
The Consultant, People & Corporate Services Analytics will be responsible for supporting both global and regional teams in articulating people & corporate services impact and insights using data-driven decision making with expertise in data analysis and visualization. This individual will play a crucial role in data governance and process management and contribute to people & corporate services data experience.

High partnership mindset – this role is client-facing and requires the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and provide insights that are clear and digestible to help inform executive-level decisions on people and corporate services.
Be an out-of-the-box thinker who is passionate about brainstorming and implementing innovative ways to use data to answer business problems.
Extract and understand data to form an opinion on how to best help and derive relevant insights for our stakeholders.
Collaborate with general and regional teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet these needs in people & corporate services domains.
Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging people & corporate services data to drive business solutions.
Provide analytical and technical support to internal stakeholders and deliver SME training.
