Int/Sr Project Coordinator

Hycroft is looking for an Intermediate Project Coordinator who can independently manage project administration across multiple concurrent engineering projects.

About the Role

As an Intermediate Project Coordinator, you will independently coordinate multiple concurrent projects, own the project administration workflow, and act as a central point of contact for project information.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate multiple concurrent projects independently
- Own project administration workflow including documentation, reporting, and communication
- Maintain project schedules, budgets logs, and change tracking
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and contractors on administrative matters
- Support invoicing, contract tracking, and project close-out activities
- Train and mentor junior coordinators

What You Bring
- Diploma or degree in business, engineering, project management, or related field




- 5-8 years of project coordination experience, ideally in engineering or industrial sectors
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Strong knowledge of project workflows, document control, and reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Nice to Have
- PMP, CAPM, or similar designation
- Experience with BigTime, EDMS, or document management systems
