Main Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate strategic projects and transformation initiatives across North America.
Establish governance frameworks, project plans, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking processes.
Partner with senior stakeholders to drive execution of business priorities and leadership initiatives.
Analyze business data and translate insights into actionable recommendations and executive-level presentations.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively drive corrective actions when needed.
Collaborate across functions, teams, and geographies to ensure alignment and successful delivery of key objectives.
Support continuous improvement efforts and adoption of new ways of working, including digital and AI-enabled tools.
