Overview

As an Specialist in the Revenue Optimization & Planning team, you will support the development of product strategies, pricing initiatives, revenue planning, and lifecycle management across Mastercard's products and services.

You will work in a truly general environment, partnering closely with Product, Finance, Regional teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop data-driven analyses and support the implementation of strategic initiatives.



This role offers significant exposure across the organization and provides an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in payments, product strategy, pricing, and revenue economics.

In This Role, You Will:
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, industry developments, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.
• Gather, structure, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable business insights using tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical platforms.
