This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced property management professional to take ownership of a diverse portfolio and its day-to-day operations. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for clients and tenants, building strong relationships while ensuring properties are managed efficiently. The role combines operational oversight, communication, team coordination, and independent problem-solving. You’ll be expected to navigate complex situations that may not have straightforward answers, using sound judgment and a proactive mindset. Starting with a portfolio of around 100 units, you’ll have the opportunity to scale toward 150, 200, or more units as your performance grows. Accountabilities




Serve as the primary point of contact for client and tenant communications, managing relationships professionally and ensuring timely, effective responses.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned property portfolio, maintaining high standards of service and operational performance.
Manage a portfolio that may range from approximately 70 units for standard performers to 350 units for top performers.
Handle daily communication workflows, primarily through written correspondence and email, with occasional outbound phone calls.
Take ownership of portfolio growth, with an initial target of approximately 100 units and the opportunity to scale to 150, 200, or more units based on performance.
Coordinate workflows and oversee team performance, including supervising, guiding, and holding Virtual Assistants accountable.
Identify and resolve unusual or complex operational issues that may fall outside established procedures, manuals, or FAQs.
