You will be part of the Developer Velocity Squad within the Levi’s Shared Platform & Services Technology Organization—a team dedicated to accelerating software development speed and quality by eliminating bottlenecks, optimizing development tools and processes, and enhancing overall developer effectiveness and experience.

This role presents a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about improving Developer Velocity, leveraging AI capabilities and advancing DevOps practices to address business challenges in innovative ways.



You will play a key role in driving AI adoption across the software development lifecycle using intelligent developer platforms The role will also focus on integrating Generative AI and AIOps capabilities into developer workflows to improve engineering productivity, deployment reliability, operational efficiency, and faster time-to-market.

As a member of the Developer Velocity Squad, you will join a growing team focused on enhancing development experience across the organization while enabling scalable, secure, and AI-enabled DevOps practices that support Levi’s digital transformation journey.

- Responsible for standardizing, implementing & maintaining the Enterprise DevOps Toolchain.
- Design and implement scalable service catalogs, DevOps automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines & workflows with advanced deployment strategies like blue-green and canary releases.
