Job Description
The Client Care Support role is responsible for providing operational and customer service support to clients within the payments industry. This position requires the ability to manage assignments of diverse scope and complexity, set priorities, and manage customer expectations both internally and externally. The role involves working as part of a team and independently to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, establish productive working relationships with staff and management at all levels,
and deliver high-quality client support.
All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to payments and processing services.
Manage assignments of diverse scope and complexity, requiring significant initiative and good judgment.
Establish and maintain productive working relationships with staff and management at all levels.
Set priorities and manage customer expectations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client needs.
Support the implementation and ongoing support of market-specific products and services.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
