In this journey, the Finance Analyst plays a key role in ensuring daily business continuity while supporting the harmonization of financial processes across the Americas perimeter. The Finance Analyst is responsible for executing operational controlling activities, ensuring compliance with SOX requirements, and contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes within the Transversal Spend team.

Main responsibilities:
Create of WBS
Approve Purchase Orders
Perform MDM review and information extraction
Ensure compliance with SOX controls and all internal control requirement
Propose continuous improvements in ways of working
Prepare reports for closing analysis
Other ad hoc projects and works within Hub team
About you
The candidate is expected to have solid knowledge of controlling processes and demonstrate the ability to execute financial operations with accuracy and efficiency.
Experience: 3+ years in finance environment, preferably in service delivery operations, Pharmaceutical and public accounting experience. Shift, TM1 and SAP experience, knowledge of process automation and digital transformation initiatives, knowledge of SOX controls
